Commercials on my site?

Commercials on my site? OK I am thinking about putting up 30 sec commercials on my site. Would like to know whats the general rate, I know banner ads cost per click start at US$0.01 (up to US$0.50) but what about video I know you cant give axact number but just a ball park will do. Thanks

Sorry if I was not clear, I mean to host Advertising commercials videos instead of banners ad on my site, what would be the ball park rate I would charge, any help would be appreciated. Thanks
