Im talkin about putting ebays logo on my site.Would they pay me everytime people clicked it?

Are you talking about %26quot;Ads by google%26quot; ads?If so those are called adsense ads and the cost will vary depending on many factors. Google does not provide any transparency about that. It varies by season and what kind of content is on your site (which governs the ads shown.)
You can get an idea about the value of each click using many tools online. Some areas pay far more than others, so eBay will pay more.
