dont pay it, if you pay it youll be admiting your at fault and the negative mark will remain on your credit report for 7 plus, instead dispute it,and keep disputing it till they remove it

  • Do you owe the $35? If not dispute it with the credit bureaus. If you owe it, pay it. It willl hurt your credit to have a collection account on there.
  • Yes! Anyone that runs a credit report on you (loan or job) is going to see you don%26#039;t pay your debts. Pay it and have them mark it paid in full.
  • less trouble to just pay the bill..i know how you feel..happens to the the best of us. it would cause you more headache to prove that you are right :)
  • I would if I were you.
Cheaper and easier to do it at $35 than after collections gets on it--they can literally find ways to tack hundreds on to it.
  • Contact the collection agency and offer to pay the $35 if they will delete the item off your credit file.
