For those of you who don%26#039;t know, Tracfone is a %26quot;pay as you go%26quot; phone.
The charge appears %26quot;on hold%26quot; at my banking institution. Why????????!

It%26#039;s just a way of %26quot;reserving%26quot;the money until the transaction goes through. It%26#039;s more of an issue in that it%26#039;s Tracfone making sure they get paid when they give you the minutes, than the credit card company doing anything funny. I would think you would have gotten your minutes instantly. Are you over your credit limit? A phone call to Tracfone should straighten it out.
