I just inherited mineral rights to 200 acres of oil fields?

I just inherited mineral rights to 200 acres of oil fields? I posted this question a bit ago but i think in the wrong catagory. I really dont know what percentage i should try and get of the oil that the company that wants to lease the land. Any clues on where to get started?

get a lawyer and sell it so you wont have to deal with it because many people are going to try to scam you
