Saving money on a nose job... can insurance help? A friend of mine is getting a nose job and might take out a big loan to do it.

Is there any type of Medical, or Ancillary Insurance would save her money on the operation?

Or maybe a creative way around a huge rate increase from a future operation? Such as waiting a year + after getting a new carrier or something like that.

If your nose is out of shape due to an injury received while on insurance than your insurance should pay for it. If you were just born with a big nose, then no, no insurance will cover it. Insurance is taken to cover things that might go wrong in the future. No insurance will ever cover something that was already wrong when you bought the insurance.
