HHHHHHHHHHEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLPP... okay so im 18 and took out 6500 dollars on a 15000 dollar settlement that happened as soon as i turned 18, so i had my moms help and we came to a aggrement we should safe the rest.... so long story short, Im low on money and out of work(FULL TIME STUDENT) so i need answers, my mom says no, but i believe that once again the wool is pulled over my eyes, and asked her but only opened a can of worms, Is she right or am i getting played with???
