Is putting 50 in the bank every two weeks a good way to start saving money? I want to start saving money. I like to spend money but I was planning on putting 50, 75, or 100 in the bank every 2 weeks when I get paid. I have a part time job and am 18 years (young) so as you can imagine I am not making a whole lot of money. Is this a good idea? http://johnun.blogspot.com

Yes, it is a good idea. Saving regularly in the long-term is good but you should save with a goal. What willl the money be for? Saving with a goal in mind will focus your mind more.
